My 8-month-old runs warm but this TOG 2.5 keeps her cozy without waking up sweaty, which was my main worry. The zip goes both ways so middle-of-the-night diaper changes don't turn into a wrestling match. Two months in and it's still holding its shape after weekly washes.
Bought this for my 8-month-old who kicks off blankets constantly, and the TOG 2.5 rating has kept her warm through cold nights without me worrying about loose bedding. Only gripe is the zipper snags a bit near the top, but otherwise it's held up well after several washes.
